I took loan from first cash loan app. Transfer loan amount 5800.as a regular customer. Every time paid EMI on time but due to my wife admitted in Manipal hospital from major illness. So i am not able pay EMI on time already delayed by two days. His people threatening me through what apps and asking more penalty amount also not following RBI protocol. I want to settle his amount as RBI act kindly take legal action against such type cyber fraud
