I took small loan from rupee hall as a regular customer. Every EMI I paid on time. But wife suffering from major illness. So i admitted in Manipal hospital. Already loan delayed by two days after two days i surprised see the penalty. He not follow RBI protocol . His employees harassing me through what app and message. I want to settle RBI rules kindly solved my problem
