As i have availed a loan amount of 13500/- now they are asking me to pay 20500 which is not fair and iam asking them to reduce penalty charges but they are not reducing the charges and sending photos and leaking personal details with third party..iam ready to pay but they are not even understanding what iam saying …kindly do needful on this
