I took loan from pocketly, and i lost job after after 2 week , now everyday i am getting a harassment call regarding paying the loan, even i want to pay the but they are not ready to understand my situation, i told them i will get my company settlement amount the i will pay but they are being abusive and calling my reference numbers which is against RBI guidelines. When your concerns person is responding then they have no right to call my reference number. But they are not listing to me are still harraisng everyday. Please take some action against this company harraisng people without understanding their situation its not gud, even the company is violating RBI guidelines and still no one takes action.
