Myself Kiran Sakpal credit cardholder of Rbl bank card number 5239504603330088 ur collections agency harassing me lot concern person Rihanna (9152043295) inspite I told I will pay my pending dues once my office loan cleared i am not denying to pay it will take some days she is harassing me a lot last month also done she visited my office on 15 dec and told me pay today itself or threatened me I will speak with ur HR and same thteament given today INSPITE I told her I will pay alongwith interest once due date over but she is harassing me to the extreme level which is mentally affecting me to take my life on as I am already mentally as well as financially disturbed due to my wife cancer treatment…I am not denying to pay what some time that’s it..pls let me know is collection agency have rights to speak with hr in case of non payment dues as per RBI guidelines….
