Loan App Name : HeroRupee
on 31st Oct 2022 I checked above mentioned Loan App for Loan, when I came to know its for 7 days , Loan amount is 6000, disburse amount is 3600 & interest is 2400. So I decided to reject. But without my persmission they transfered amount of Rs.3600.99 to My account. Few minutes lates I came to know some amount has been credited, immdtly I communicate with their executive that without my acceptance how did you send & immdtly i returned their transfer amount, they said OK. After 7 days company person asking for interest amount again I communicated that it has been told without my knowledge u have send amount & it has been returned, dont ask & dont call me, they said ok. Now Today jan 11th 2023 one of company executive has called again requested that u have to pay 2400 interest amount, once loan disbruse u have to pay 2400, no need to pay penalty amount. After long communication I said ok will 2400. Aftere receiving 2400, company person now demanding for another 4000 penalty charges, if u not paid , we will send msg to contact list, nude picture , threat msg etc.,
I went to police station, police has suggest me not to pick the call if possible change mobile number & email id.
But I am worried if some msg / photo send to my family members / frends what will be my prestige.
