We had submitted a application on date.31.01.2023 to Branch Manager RBL BANK Mira Road Branch , Mira Road, Mumbai towards change of mobile number in order to get OTP for excess net banking facility. Our staffs are continuously following RBL BANK Branch , Mira Road Branch, Mira Road, Mumbai in order to resume this issue but RBL Bank designated officer / Branch Manager are not responding properly instead of they are always showing ignorance attitude. Since we are one of the valuable customer of RBL Bank, we are not expecting such type behavior from RBL Bank. There we pray to that please resolve this issue at the earliest for which shall be highly obliged
