I had booked one mobile of costing Rs. 13,999/- on 17th June 2022 , it was supposed to get it in one day according to amazon prime membership , that day one courier boy called and asked about address , he told he will be reaching soon , but after sometimes without any intimation delivery got cancelled and got message of product refused to take by me, and now after calling 2 times to the amazon customer care they are telling product was defective , it means till the product reaches to my place they hadn’t checked , I have booked mobile to give my one of relative on his birthday , now I have booked from credit card , because of no money I got harassed from my relatives due to this issues , I am literally fed-up of all this things , already 7 -8 days over , still didn’t received refund also. Customer care telling it will refund on 29-06-2022, so how can I book new phone or how I can get over From this ???????
