Text of Complaint by Abhishek Jha:

This has been going on for about 4.5 months now and I am sorry to say but I am fed with your airtel service and their employees of Airtel Store (CODE: -17788) and especially by employee name “Ram Yeole”.
It all started when my sister’s personal Sim got deactivated by Airtel so I went to the store to find out why and they told me it was done for some reason, it happens. Then the guy Ram Yeole told me they will sanction a new sim but I have to get a postpaid connection and use it for 3 months. Then a guy came into the store with a similar problem and they gave him a new prepaid sim and when I asked about it, he told me it can’t be done in my case although it was the same case for both of us. But anyway, I agreed to it and got a new postpaid sim but then it didn’t get activated as he told me it would. I tried calling him and he just refused to take my calls and started talking back saying “Me tumhara case hi band krwa deta hu, nahi hoga sim activate”  and then I get a message saying my case has been closed. So immediately I went to the store and asked what’s going on and he said I will give you a new sim and that worked but he could have told me that on the phone rather than doing this thing.
Then I paid for 3 months of Postpaid bill and went there to change it back to prepaid and then again he is like “4 months ka hota h, first month count nahi hota”, yet again he misinformed me and wasted my time. Then I went home and waited one more month and then my mom went there aloan as I was busy with work. The sim is under her name. Then after reaching there, he told my mom that he can’t do anything without the phone in which that sim is. Again he misinformed me as when I asked he told me that only the person whose name is registered with the sim just has to come. So my mom came back home.
Now today I went to the store and then all the process was completed and he told me that the sim will get deactivated and then you have to insert it back again to activate it again and it will be prepaid, I even paid Rs. 297 recharge for it. Now its been 6 hours since that time and nothing happened. So I called him again and he started rejecting my calls yet again. He told me “Mujhe kya pata kyu nahi ho rha h, app merese mat bolo me call center ka nahi hu”
 
I want strict action to be taken against the guy Ram Yeole and the whole store (code: -17788). I, my mom, and my sister have been troubled by that store so much and so much misinformation has been conveyed to us to waste our time and money. I can’t get my time and money back now but I demand justice and strict action has to be taken against them as soon as possible. People like them downgrade the name of Airtel where you guys market yourself as complaint listener and solver. I would like that I should be kept in the loop as to what happens to my complaint. If nothing happens, I will go even further and won’t stop till my voice is heard. I am a digital market expert and have a lot of influencers who can back me up on my story until the whole nation sees how horrible Airtel Service really is.
