From last 3-4 months i am paying paytm postpaid used amount. Everytime they ask me to pay some amount. And they told me to waive off late fee applicable. Thay said you will get mail. And after that the person stops to pick call. And next month they again apply next month late fee and increasing the outstanding. Every time different person is calling. Thier female employees misbehaved on call. Seeing the same scam continuously for last three months. It is the scam strategy and if it is happening with me. Lots of people might be suffered from this scam. This is not the genuine procedure to handle the case by any finance institution. As there is no professional specific representative communicating. Simple they do not want to close the loan. I can not contact them. Only they contact in last week of month and convince for some amount saying late fee will be waived off. And next month increase the amount no such way of contact to close the loan. I am too tortured and harassed by those guys. Now it is so painful for me. I have trust on rbi to check and close such scam.
