Dear sir / ma’am,
I took broad band connection from excitel long back at rented location and I relocated to some other location, few days later I received a call from excitel said that recharge or submit the device , I asked them to come and collect the device at installation location, no one visited like that happened 3 to 4 times, from that day awards I am receiving calls from xcitel system daily 20 to 30 times, later one more person did and asked for the device I said same go and collect at location, he collected from there and he told me that I handed over to excitel you will get conformation message soon..but I did not received any message and and I rried to reach him..he also not picked the call..from last few days again I am getting the calls from excitel for submission of device…it is like herrasment daily 30 to 40 calls…request you to kindly take the action against them
