I booked the flight ticket on 9th Aug. The airline rescheduled the flight to another date, so I have requested HappyFare to cancel the ticket. Happyfares acknowledged and processed the cancellation. In the meantime, I had the option to reschedule the flight to the same date of my preference via airlines. I did update HappyFare that I have rescheduled the flight with the bot help of airlines, and as the cancellation is ongoing, I requested with HappyFare is it ok to book another ticket as there is only one flight running on that day. So on their confirmation I have booked a new flight ticket.
Now they pointed out that the airline rejected the cancellation due to the flight reschedule by the user. So when I ask for a refund with HappyFare, as per their confirmation I have rebooked the flight even with higher price. They are not honoring the request and asking to reach airlines, airlines asks to reach HappyFare. airlines just have voicemail services and bot which is not helpful and noway to reach an human.
I’m left to get frustrated as I have been on calls with happyfares and with bot for long hours and email communication nothing is helping
