I have booked the flight through happyfares.in . However, the flight got cancelled by airline Indigo itself. As per the mail I should be eligible for either full refund or reschedule of flight. But when I have my details to indigo, they said my PNR is not eligible for this service as the email id used while booking is not mine and the agency itself.
I am trying to contact to happyFares.in team but no customer support, no communication and they are not assisting me with getting refund.
