It is a fraud company. I have boked the Round trip for GOA. Hyd to Goa is confirmed and Goa to Hyd was put on hold. Now when I called them, They are asking me to pay extra amount . When I asked them to cancel it. They say as one way ticket is confirmed, they will take the cancellation chares. It is like blackmailing the customer to pay more or else ticket will not be booked. Pathetic service and fraud company. If the ticket was not booked, Why did you not informed the customer. It is when, I called them , they said all this story.
