I booked my flight tickets for 12th July (PNR No. ZFYE5Q). There were some changes in my schedule so had to cancel my ticket prior in advance time keeping in mind the penalty charges. While in their app it still shows refund is calculating and isn’t updated for close to 90 days. When I tried calling their customer care, they always ask to wait for more time. Airlines have answered my call saying they have already refunded back to HappyEasyGo. I contacted multiple times happyeasygo customer care but they are always delaying the refund amount.
