Order id – 683857122521468081, date of journey 28/04/2020 passenger SURESH BHANDARI, vistara airline BOM-MAA, PNR – WBHOOG, & refund for the same has been initiated by vistara airline to HEG,dated 06/01/2021, but still I have not received refund, I have contacted HEG customer care also , but everytime they are asking for 10-15days , i am not able escalate this issue to higher authority / appellate, where I can raise this issue, Should i share my reviews on social platforms for getting the refund ?
