I have booked flight tickets through an online Website Happyeasygo. At, the time of booking they offered discount and i made the booking using the discount coupon. One day before my travel date they called and asked me to refund the discount amount back to them, which i denied. They cancelled by ticket without my knowledge and i had to rebook new ticket at much higher price.
