I had made a booking from GOA(GOI) to DELHI(DEL) for 28th July 2022 with PNR no SB7KSP, flight no SG8189
I booked the above flight from GOI-DEL on Happy Easy Go (HEG) on 28th June 2022. But I have canceled this booking due to some personal reasons. Within a week the airline canceled the flight and processed my refund instantly. It has been over 3 months since this happened but HEG has not processed my refund saying it’s pending from the airline. .Since 19 Jul 2022 I have called HappyEasyGo customer care more than 20 times for a refund but they are always saying it will credit in this week but it did not credit yet. It is now more than 80 days since I raised the request for a refund but no response so far. Please teach these platforms the right lesson it is not their money and they are enjoying using customers’ money.
Please look into this issue and take strict action against this company, HappyEasygo for not providing my refund
