HappyEasyGo is not refunding my money after flight cancellation

Text of Complaint by Nirmal Mohanty:

My Flight from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad got cancelled on 10th July 2022 by the airlines(Indigo) due to operational reasons. So I chose to take a full refund instead of reschedule. Indigo did the full refund to HappyEasyGo on 13th July 2022. I raised a ticket on 19th July 2022 in HappyEasyGo mobile app to get the refund to my account as Indigo refunded my money to HappyEasyGo. Since 19-Jul-2022 i have called HappyEasyGo customer care more that 50 times for refund but they are not listening to me. It is now about 60 days since i raised the request for refund but no response so far. Please teach these platforms the right lession it is not their money and they are enjoying using customers money.
