I had booked Airasia flight ticket through Happy easy go website from Cochin to Mumbai .Travel date 1 st Feb 2023 . Trip Id- 873100764631927308 , PNR No-WU6G3Y and Amount 11109 /- .
The Airline cancelled the flight and next day refunded the full amount to Happy easy go and confirmed me . But they are not transferred the amount to my bank account. Phone number always switched off. No proper response on customer care mail.
Please do needful to refund my cash. Also Please stop this type fraud agency,
