Hi,
My refund of 18000 /- is stuck with HappyEaseGo from more than 2 months.
HappyEaseGo is not refunding amount for cancelled ticket for following PNR whereas Akasa airline already refunded the amount to them.
PNR-L9272D-30 Aug BLR- Pune ( akasa refunded 8919/- )
PNR-T6LH2M – 1-sept – Pune to Blr (akasa refunded 10119/-)

I am following them from sept still they are not refunding .

plz help me to get refund.
