I booked an Indigo flight from PNQ-KUL on Happy Easy Go (HEG). Within a week the airline cancelled the flight and processed my refund instantly. It has been over a month that this happened but HEG has not processed my refund saying it’s pending from the airline. Airline is saying the refund has been processed. HEG is not taking my calls or responding to Emails. I am lost. It is a huge amount which i can really use right now. I had to book another ticket from my own pocket and now I’m unable to pay my bills. I’m lost and don’t know what to do. How to get HEG to respond and get my hard earned money back.
