I needed to transport my vehicle from Delhi to Kochi hence booked them after having a word with hanuman transport . She gave me a quote of Rs.17500 all inclusive even taxes etc, including door step delivery . As the quotation provided was much lesser that other companies, I went ahead and paid the advance on 6th November 2023. The car was picked up by their person and after insisting for half a day I finally received a picture of the receipt on whatsapp. I was assured that I would be receiving all the updates and images of the vehicle before loading etc…. I have to be behind them for that also and finally after two days received a video of the car loaded on to the truck. The car was supposed to arrive in Kochi 14th November 2023, instead on 12 I was told that your car has arrived on 12th November 2023 in the night after 9pm. He then send me an invoice of Rs.28700 and said he will not deliver the vehicle if the entire amount is paid. I asked for proof that the vehicle is fine and no damages then I’ll transfer the amount, even that was not given infact he said he if dont transfer the charges will keep increasing or will not deliver the car else transport it to Kolkata then I paid the money because of their threats and they leave the car at Aluva railway station parking and gone after one day they called and informed me about the car is in Aluva railway station
