I needed to transport my vehicle from Mumbai to Delhi hence booked them after having a word with Mrs. Minakshi Sharma. She gave me a quote of Rs.10500 all inclusive even taxes etc, including luggage in the car. As this company was suggested by a senior colleague and the quotation provided was much lesser that other companies, I went ahead and paid the advance on 11th October 2023. The car was picked up by Mr.Moobin Khan and after insisting for half a day I finally received a picture of the receipt on watsapp. I was assured that I would be receiving all the updates and images of the vehicle before loading etc…. I have to be behind them for that also and finally after two days of the car being picked up received a video of the car loaded on to the truck. The car was supposed to arrive in gurgaon on 16-17th October 2023, instead on 17 I was told by Mr. Pankaj Sharma that your car will arrive on 18th October 2023 in the night after 9pm. He then send me an invoice of Rs.22150 and said he will not deliver the vehicle if the entire amount is paid. I asked for proof that the vehicle is fine and no damages then I’ll transfer the amount, even that was not given infact he said he if dont transfer the charges will keep increasing. Please help in getting my vehicle back.
