I booked my car and household goods on 20th of December from Pune to Chandigarh, on my relocation from there, I booked both and household goods car through Ms. Minakshi Sharma by paying advance of 2000 INR for car and Rs 1000 for household goods, when I enquired about my things on 26th they told the car is standing in zirakpur and sent me a bill of 48000 while at the time of quotation they shared total quotation of 23000, 15000 for car and 8000 for household items.
Now since last 4 days I am calling and after him for my vehicle and household goods but there is no trace, request you to help me out though in my career I relocated myself more then 4 or 5 times but never came across such situation.
Kindly help me out.
