I have booked a ticket for Hans travels for multi-axle volvo as my mom senior citizens was travelling and my sister with 2 kids. Even after paying so much the bus was third class, seats were so dirty and no glass window also on lower seats. Very bad experience and disappointed. I will not recommend any one of Hans travels.
