The mobile name is real me 10 # 4G
Phone is deriverd by 24 January 2023
And I have hanging issue and I am arise a issue or complaint from 26-january-2023 from Flipkart for replacement or refund my amount .
From the Flipkart side-: 03 time technical visit 02 time in Madhya Pradesh and 01 time in Gujarat ..
Technician side all the time technician reset my phone and they checkup through one app which not found any problem
My point -: After reset my phone the phone response is good no hanging problem but after 02-03 day ( when we entered. A data ) the phone continue too much hanging issue I am too much sufeer
Sir many time I am concern Flipkart executive and senior desh member but no one can help me
Sir/ madam it’s my humble request to please short out my problem or replaced my phone
