I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unjustified packing charges levied on my order from Bikanervala. The delivery fee was waived due to me being a gold member, yet packing charges were still applied. When I checked with Zomato, they confirmed that these charges had been applied by Bikanervala
When i called bikanervala they have suggested such charges imposed by Zomato. This is illegal to impose such charges.
