I want to compalint against an unknown number texted me introducing self from HALOPESO informing me that I am a co maker of a certain Sandralyn Lin Tahil who apparently didnot pay a loan which I do not even know and have no idea about whatsoever transaction they have. This is plain harassment and cyber bullying.
