Actually flipkart blocked my account on 28th of July 2022. The same day I talked to flipkart support team regarding the same and they raised a request for the same. Then I received a mail on 31st of July stating your request is cancelled due to too many return request raised by you through your account.Then I again asked support team to raise request ,they again declined it on 3rd of august . In total I raised this issue through support executives three times and everytime flipkart backing team cancelled it even without contacting me and without entertaining my issue at all.
This all has happened because of my last grocery order (order id: OD125503242170903000)of 11 items .In this order ,wishmaster did a fraud with me ,he didn’t give me 3 products from all 11 products and when I asked him about the same so he said sir these product have not been given to me ,don’t worry you will get the refund by rasing the return request mentioning item is missing and I trusted him. This was my only fault.
After that I tried to raise request as he suggested at my own end but was not able to do so. Then I contacted the flipkart support team and told them the whole incident and I even asked them to transfer my call to their seniors but they didn’t transfer and raised my return request by mentioning “item is missing” 4 times for 2 products (everytime it was declined by flipkart). But lastly when I got opportunity to talk with senior executive then he told me you raised the request by mentioning wrong reason , you should mention the reason as wrong delivery and in comment mention the incident and conversation with wishmaster.So I told him I didn’t do it at my own end ,these all return request were raised by flipkart junior executives end .So finally he raised my request by mentioning the right reason and then I got the refund as well .He also warned me that ,rejection of return request for 4 times may lead to blockage of your account and same happened with me.
This is the whole mishap that I faced.
And now they blocked my account so continuously facing the persistent issue. I have to exchange my two clothing orders that I got oversized and their return period is getting over and flipkart is not unblocking my account what will I do with those clothes.I am mentioning the order id of cloths thar I have to exchange OD125552238038972000.
Please look into the matter and ask flipkart to unblock my account
This all is done by flipkart wish masters and junior executives and they are putting onus on customers .
