I booked a appointment on urban clap for hair keratin for 3500/- however the urban clap boy asked me for an upgradation and asked me to pay 5200/- for gK brand and assured me for the results. After one day only my keratin got removed from hairs and the condition of my hairs got worsened due to fake products. I shared the pictures toh urban clap company boy and asked him to resolve the issue. However he apologized for the same and agreed to pay back the amount as apology. He paid me back 3000/- but since then not picking my call after a month when I called him he said I can’t pay back remaining amount and told him that I can gonna file complaint and he replied okay to this. I just want refund for my loss
