A faulty machine was replaced on the 6th of October 2018 for which installation was done on 9th of October 2018 after which we realized that the motor of the brand new replaced machine was faulty. So have been following upon this issue for the past few days. But all I get is to wait for a call from their service team which never comes in and their Manager also refuses to answer calls….
