Hello Sir,
I purchased front load Haier washing machine before 1 yrs. they are providing 2 yrs warranty to me. before week ago the gascate of machine damaged and i called to raise complaint they said if machine is in warranty we will do free replacement.
But till yet i haven’t received any support from their side. when i called their technician they are saying we ordered your gascate but till not received. today he gives me one number and called on that no. they said your complained closed/cancelled. again i am calling but they are not receiving call.
They mentally harassed me on these thing. i need justice and proper solution.
I Raised my complaint against Haier Washing machine.
