Text of Complaint by Riyaz ul Islam Hamza:

I had booked a service online for my Haier Window AC (which is under company AMC till september 2023) on 2nd September 2022 and technician came to visit on 4th. So the issue basically was that the Air conditioner was making some noises while functioning. The technician made some adjustments, but my issue wasn’t solved because the AC was still making rhat loud noise, he said “its an old AC, itna to shor karega hi”. I was still not satisfied with that, and the same night, the AC stopped working. When I called Haier again, next day, got to know that the fan blade was not in place and it broke because it was not fitted correctly.
Then i asked them to get it replaced, I was told that this is neither the service person’s fault, and it will also not be covered under amc. Then after a week of reminding them again and again they finally got me a new fan blade, and settled to pay 50% the amount.
The same day when they visited to get the new fan blade installed, they did some mistake in connecting some wires, due to which, at first the AC fan started to rotate in opposite direction, then after some more trials, the motor caught fire. ( all of this work was only done by experienced professionals sent by Haier India and no other person has touched this AC except haier proffesionals). As soon as the AC caught fire and the technician told that motor has to be replaced, he said that you will receive a call from haier within 24 hours and will get the new motor replaced in the next AC season(which is probably 2023 summers). I was completely not satisfied with this answer, then called Mr Vipin Mehta (got his number from haier customer care), he ensured that the part will be replaced within 2 days.
After continuous calling and reminders, the AC motor hasn’t yet been replaced and they still are saying that it will take 2 more days to get the part. I also have valid call recordings, whatsapp screenshot, plus valid bill and AMC documents.
Mr Vipin during October or November, likely when diwali was around, he asked for a 10 days time, but those 10 days never came. Then I also called them 2-3 days back and Mr Vipin asked that he will surely get the part replaced on Wednesday (1 March 2023) which is today. It has been months since i’m tired of calling these people. The same day when Mr Vipin assured that he will get the replacement done today, I also called on Haier Helpline to get the update on my complaint, they said a new complaint has been generated and action will be taken as soon as possible. I then received a call of a person named Ms Renu, who asked me to give me some more time, which I am giving already.
Today she called me and said that they need 3 more days and the part is already on the way.
I’m tired of this headache, they have been saying the same thing and my AC isn’t in working condition since nearly 5-6 months.
That too being under AMC package which ensures that I should not face any problems.
If Haier isn’t able to arrange me a part since months, then they should provide me with a temporary AC for my use till the time i dont get a replacement part

What can i do now.
