Text of Complaint by Muzaffar Shaikh:

I’ve purchased Haier 1.25 Ton AC for which the installation was done day before yesterday. Since then, the product hasn’t performed as expected. The cooling takes a lot of time and the humidity doesn’t go down much. I requested refund for the same but didn’t receive much support their as well.

I have been a loyal customer of filpkart and haven’t faced any issue whatever so far. This product that I received isn’t upto the mark.

I want my money back as soon as possible or the company should replace the product as suggested by the technician with a higher ton AC. The difference in amount will be paid by me.
