This is harshal jain the user of airtel prepaid service .
The main reason for this application Is that I am not recieving the service provided by airtel I talked to the airtel coustomer care executive mrs. Chandrani and had not got the perfect resolution .
few month ago I bought the new mobile phone the “redmi note 7s ” also found that airtel company is giving up tp 1120 GB data that’s why I prefered the airtel but soon I found that I am not recieveing a complete care from airtel,s side
Also I talked to coustomer care but had not got the info .
There was also the sticker of airtel for giving the coustomer up to 1120 GB data but I had not received it yet the no. Is 9893630364. Also I talked to Rajeev khera new delhi but had not received any reply from any of the position till yet they commit me for the callback but I don’t recived any call back . The worst service I found of airtel . They are excussing me that my mobile is new and is not eligible but the another executive told me that ur eligible for the same pls take a strict action sir ASAP
