I made a ticket booking on 1st June 2021 on https://www.travolook.in/ the booking got canceled and they informed the refund will be processed in 7-10 working days and today is 18th July and they say have given the refund but refund has not reached the credit card and they just disconnect the call ref id REF442950753

Travolook is fraud. I have also lost my Rs 3519 while booking flight ticket.

I have booked three tickets from travolook from Bombay to Goa this people cancelled the tickets on the same day and they have promised for the refund to be credited in 15 – 20 working days but it is now more then a month the refund in not credited in my account and they are not even answering the calls now….Request you to kindly help me with this.
