One 17th dec I had filed a claim through flipkart and 2 days later a delivery boy came and collected my phone n said, “you will recieve your phone in 15/20 days”. On 31st December I got a call saying pay the processing fees I asked them how and they told me you will either get a mail or a text message on your phone number and there you will get a link to pay the amount, and from that day till now I have been calling them almost 7-8 times and they said you will recieve it soon within 1-2 business days and this is being repeating past 20 days now and I have not received a mail yet and have no idea about whats happening with my phone, also when I told them I was at class so could not attend their calls I gave them another number so that when I am busy they can call that number and still I have no updates what’s going on with my phone. Worst ever consumer service experience.
