I had visited the local store of Vodafone in mapusa Goa near court.there i hadade full payment of my two numbers which were postpaid.after the payment i was asked to pay additional 100/- to convert the number from postpaid to prepaid.which they said will be done they have put the request.also the other number i had asked to permanently disconnect.they said it will also be done.and the sim card was taken out from the phone.and they said it’s done disconnected.you dnt have to worry.

Now after 4 months i am receiving calls n msg that i hv to do payment for postpaid number..

Now last 4 months number is not in use disconnected.how is company asking me to pay the bill? Is Vicompany cheating customers and fraudulently trying to make money

Kindly check if any calls or if the sim is in use or not.which means staff of Vi are cheats.and the company supports such fraudulent activities.even after complaining to the customer service numbers and call centre people, no one is ready to help.tbey are asking for money .

Now i want to understand when the request was given how come suddenly bills r generated..even after converting one number to prepaid and other number cancel.we dnt even hv the sim card activate.

Expecting an email for clearity at the earliest.
