Dear Sir,
I taked a loan from a App . But they loan amount is not confirmed before approving.
Then they give an approximate and then transfer directly to my account after deducting a huge amount as processing fees , i got Rs.1972 only and have to pay 3400 as loan amount for 7 days only. Tommorrow is the due date but they send messages with abusive and Blackmailing by sending editing photos to some of my contacts. And also he telling that he will send my file to his head office and they make my nude pics and send in my all contact list.
So the company also responsible for this crime sir . Please take any further action against the company and the messenger sir.
Some of my friends called me ask about this nude photo message. I am really worried about this case please take a legal action against them. Am attached scammer number and message screenshot below. Please find it and take legal action.
