My complain is against a company Called Phocket which I took loan 2 months back, due to my personal reason and job regarding problem I was not able to pay my emi to phocket for that I had also mail them about all my delay on my payment, from my gmail which was registered on phocket and since they hacked my gmail i blocked it, and harassing my family and others for my dues payment, Once of the person i had talked to make understanding and sitution I’m going thru but he started abusing me and harassing me to pay him. His name is KUNAL SHARMA. works in Phocket and just harrasse customers for not paying on time as his words says I’m for that purpose only if you don’t pay. After so much pressure and blackmailing to me I arranged and paid my dues to them and after payment I asked for NOC they said 3 to 5 working days you will receive the NOC LETTER but I didn’t received when I asked them about NOC LETTER they told on august that means they are trying pull up the date and do not provide me the NOC LETTER. I’ve Taken the screenshot and there number also mentioned
