i am p gajanand i am working as a Assistant Professor in hyderabad i took an personal loan which i have paid regularly due to 50% salary cut not able to pay full emi as per RBI AND SUPREME COURST GUIDLINES given time and not to force to pay loan but the recovery gaents HDFC bank are rudely behaving and abusing i am educated i know the law but what about the innocent people i heard that most of the people commiting s@uicide because of this issue and they are not following any guidlines or ethics
