I had joined New York Gym Mulund on November 3 2022 by paying an yearly membership of 10000₹ .
The gym shut down on 31 December 2022 and said money would be refunded in the first week of jan2023.
But later they said they had transferred my membership to Golds gym Mulund where they would give me 4 months free membership instead of the refund but only If I paid 18000 and bought a new yearly membership of Golds Gym.
I refused this offer and asked for a refund.
But they are not ready to refund anything and are not picking up any calls or replying to any text message.
