I’m placing the gym bike for my uncle who’s living in Andhra nagar (Nizamabad district) india. And my complaint is,
All my small products are reaching to my uncle’s home at good time.
Well the problem is i have placed a gym cycle two months back and they didint delivered it and cancelled it stating that they don’t have big vehicles to carry the gym cycle which is 18kgs. And i asked amazon Custamer service about this issue and they said no sir you can place it we will deliver it for sure.
i have placed the order again but not delivered they are canceling it by temselfs by amazon service team in nizamabad. Now last week i have placed again and they cancelled again and i have place my order in amazon itself again and now today also they didint delivered my product.
I just wonder why they are not delivering my product and also want to make a complaint on nizamabad amazon team for wasting my time and cancelling my product and refunding.
Please i want my product to be delivered i even dont want to make a big issue.
