Me and my wife had registered for annual gym membership at Upon Fitness also referred as FlexSpot at the location : 4, Gear Road, Adarsh Palm Retreat, Doddakannelli, Bhoganhalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103.
We were able to use only 2 months in that membership after which the owner : C Herbert John closed the gym and promised to refund the amount after few months, after which when i tried to reach the gym owner he declined my calls and also threatened me to reach the authorities. I had all the call recordings which i had with him but my phone memory card got corrupted and could not recover those recordings. Appreciate your help as it has been more than 2 years i have trying to get justice on this issue.
