Hi,
Gtpl is one of the biggest and worst service providers of India. Employees of GTPL misleads their customers. They just want to complete their targets assigned. I even tried to reach put to appellate authority but they are also working on auto responses. There is a very small issue but it is not being worked since last 19 days. I tried to cancel the connection as well but online portal is just a showoff. I have called on many numbers and email conversations exceeded 20 threads but I am constantly being asked to visit nearest GTPL office. This is great !!
