My gtpl broadband at Vavol Gandhinagar not working properly and working in less than 500 kbps speed. Not able to do my work since yesterday 1230 hrs 18 july. I have informed local technician yesterday. More than 24 hrs passed no response. Also complained to GTPL but not receiving proper response. Local technician is rude and does not accept calls only watsapp that too not replying properly.
