Text of Complaint by Rajendra Kotadiya:

I have been using GTPL broadband connection for my kids, one is studying in 10th std and other one is in 8std. Since taking this service, I found frequent loss of internet service which has resulted in big loss to my kids who is studying for online eduction. They missed so many lectures. I made complaint so many times but no body is listening. I can’t opt to another service as I have paid GTPL an advance for 6months. So I feel helpless and complaining you ass it led to big loss to customer. I want you to get the resolution to this matter to avoid further loss to my kids’ education.

Herewith I am sharing you complaints’ copy which I made repeatedly to the internet providers reminding about the problem but wasn’t resolved yet.
