GTPL unable to resolve my problem with internet speed.

Text of Complaint by PRAJAPATI SHUBHAMKUMAR MANILAL:

I live in mehsana.I bought 60mbps plan from GTPL mehsana. After that i facing speed issues but i believe in GTPL’s service i thought they will resolve it. After 1 month i heard from some one that in our area only max 50mbps plan working. I called company and told them same. Thery also confirmed. But i believe they resolve this too. But after 5 months they anable to resolve this and i facing very low speed this affect my job. I completed GTPL they sent technician to resolve it but this not working. After that i mail to yoursupport team they from last 7 days only communicate through mail they do nothing other then talk. They instructed me to connct directly send snap shots. I do all in my first mail. But they didnt give my refund or my speed.
