hmne GTPL ka internet connection k liye online payment kiya dinank 01/02/2021 ko kiya tha. lekin 3 din tk koi response nhi milne k karan hmne GTPL ka connection nhi lene ka decision liya or is bare m hmne GTPL k customer support k mail id pr mail kiya. or customer care m is bare m bat v ki. lekin na to company ki or se koi satisfied answer mila or na hi hmra payment wapas kiya gaya. usk bad hmne GTPL k appellate authority ko call v kiya or sath hi sath email v kiya. lekin isk bad v av tm mera payment mujhe wapas nhi mila h. GTPL company m call krne k bad v koi satisfied reply nhi milta h. mujhe bar bar gumrah kiya ja rha h. plz help me and take necessary action against GTPL behavior.
